介绍了16V280ZJB型柴油机机体应力测试中测点的选取、试验工况的确定,根据测试结果对机体重要受力部位的应力情况进行分析,确认该机体及其零部件具有足够的疲劳强度,能安全可靠地满足使用要求。
The option of stress determination point and the determination of test operation mode for 16V280ZJB diesel engine's body are presented.Based on the result of the stress determination,the stress condition of the key forced location of the engine body is analysed.The result shows that the body has enough fatigue strength and can meet the operating requirements in terms of safety and reliability.
