摘要
针对一般发动机标定系统采用的点对点串行通讯协议存在的缺点,在自主开发的软、硬件基础上,研制了一种采用CAN网络的电控发动机标定系统。在某一双缸四冲程发动机上进行的标定试验表明,该系统抗干扰能力强,能够辅助标定工程师调整发动机的控制参数,可用于发动机台架试验和整车试验。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the point-to-point serial communication protocol used in general engine calibration systems,one CAN-based electronic control engine calibration system is developed on the basis of the in-house software and hardware.It is shown by the calibration tests of a2-cylinder4-stroke engine that the system has strong anti-interference capacity,and can help calibrating engineer adjust engine control parameters and can be used in engine bench tests and vehicle tests.
