摘要 结合帕萨特B5轿车空调系统,采用电子膨胀阀代替热力膨胀阀作为节流机构,开发研制了基于单片机的轿车空调全自动控制器。将电子膨胀阀和变排量压缩机结合起来,实现了轿车空调多输入多输出的控制方式及车室内温度的实时控制。介绍了空调全自动电子控制器的硬件模块和软件设计。 Based on the air condition system of PASSAT B5,the SCM-based full automatic controller of car air condition systems are developed with the electronic expansion valve substituted for the thermostatic expansion valve.With the electronic expansion valve combined with the variable displacement compressor,the multi-input-and-multi-output control method of the car air condition system and the real time control of inner temperature are realized.The hardware modulus and software design of the full automatic controller of air condition systems are also introduced.
