摘要
笔者分析了东北老工业基地建设的五个基础条件,分三个阶段阐述了东北老工业基地建设过程及其成就,指出东北老工业基地建设的特点及四点主要历史经验。
The authors analyze the five basic conditions on the construction of the old industrial base of Northeast and made a systematic exposition on the process and achievements of the old industrial base of Northeast according to three historic phases. Finally the authors point out the characteristics and major historic experience on the construction of the old industrial base of Northeast.
