在经济全球化的今天,一个国家的经济竞争力,越来越表现于流通能力的强弱。长期以来,我们对流通在经济发展中的重要性认识不足,导致流通现代化程度低,成为我国经济发展和竞争力的制约因素。推进流通现代化建设,是近年来党中央、国务院明确提出的经济工作中的一项重要工作,各地在流通现代化建设方面进行了一些有益的探索。但是,人们缺少对流通现代化内涵的真正理解。因此,有必要对流通现代化的内涵进行科学探析,并在此基础上,提出推进我国流通现代化的建议。

On the day when there is globalization of economy, circulation power has become one of the important factors representing a country's competition force. Since, for a long time, we wake up to the importance of circulation and as a result, the degree of circulation modernization has become very low, and the circulation situation has become an obstacle that restrains the operation and development of social economics in China. Now promoting the construction of circulation modernization is one of the important economic duties of our party and state department. Many regions are exploring in the circulation modernization construction. But we are still empty of the best understanding of the scientific connotation of circulation modernization. So it is necessary to analyze the scientific connotation of circulation modernization and provide some suggestions to promote the construction of circulation modernization.
