"教育学·心理学"栏目是《辽宁师范大学学报》(社会科学版)的重点栏目。该栏目始终坚持办刊宗旨,依托本省,立足本校,突出优势学科,办出了自己的特色。通过采取定期抛出选题、不定期向高水平作者约稿、对文章取得较好社会效果的作者给予一定的鼓励或奖励等策略,吸引了大批高水平作者的高质量的文稿,不仅使栏目影响扩大了,作者群的层次提升了,而且栏目的转载率也明显提高了,取得较好的社会效果。

The Column of Education and Psychology of the Journal of Liaoning Normal University is an important column which has been sticking to the principle of 'depending on own province, based on own school, and protruding characteristics ' since the very beginning through throwing out selected topics, inviting higher-level contributions randomly and encouraging and praising authors whose articles have received better social effect, this journal has absorbed a great number of high-quality contributions. This not only enlarges the influence of the column, promotes the level of the group of readers, it also promotes the rate of being published in other magazines, and therefore, has achieved better social effect.
