血红素氧化酶一氧化碳系统在炎症反应中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 血红素氧化酶及其降解血红素产生的代谢产物一氧化碳等参与了机体许多的病理生理过程。在多种原因引起的炎症反应中 ,血红素氧化酶一氧化碳系统通过抗炎症细胞的黏附聚集、抑制促炎因子及脂质炎症介质的生成、扩张血管、拮抗过量一氧化氮造成的毒性作用等不同途径发挥重要的抗炎作用。由于其与炎症反应关系的研究较为迅速也比较复杂 。
