摘要
分析了氧化锡(SnO2)材料的气敏机理;纳米SnO2材料由于具有更大的表面积和晶界密度而具有更好的气敏特性;通过适当掺杂的纳米氧化锡材料在室温下就可以具有较高的灵敏度和气体选择性,并介绍讨论了几种氧化锡纳米材料的制备方法.
The gas-sensing mechanism of tin oxide (SnO_2) is analyzed in this paper. The nanometer powder of SnO_2 have a high gas sensitivity and selectivity due to their larger surface of boundary and higher density of grains. Nanosized SnO_2 can improve the gas sensing properties evidently under room temperature. Some methods for the preparation of nanaosized SnO_2 materials are also discussed.
