摘要
讨论了一种基于专家知识智能 PID控制算法 ,根据专家知识与现场经验 ,实时修正 PID参数 ,并根据系统响应的在线 (识 )别进行知识调整 ,从而实现色谱仪所要求的高精度的温度控制。此种法将在以后的高精度 PID非线性控制系统的实际应用中有一定的参考价值。本文介绍了工业色谱仪智能 PID温控系统的功能 ,并详细介绍了系统的硬件结构、软件设计及抗干扰措施。
This paper introduce a measure based on expert knowledge intelligent control, according to expert knowledge and local experience,this measure modify PID parameter and adjust knowledge on line by system response accordingly realize chromatogram high precision temperature control. This measure will supply references to the future high precision nonlinear controller system. This article introduce the intelligent PID temperature control system of chromatogram and detailedly present the hardware structure, software design and the antinoise method.
