小切口胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术的临床对比研究

CLINICAL CONTRAST STUDY BETWEEN OF MINOR-INCISION CHOLECYSTECTOMY AND CONVENTIONAL OPEN CHOLECYSTECTOMY

目的 :探讨小切口胆囊切除术的手术技巧和疗效。方法 :分析我科近两年同期小切口胆囊切除术( MC组 ) 2 1 0例与传统开腹胆囊切除术 ( CC组 ) 2 80例的手术时间 ( min)、术中出血量 ( m L)、恢复饮食时间 ( h)、住院天数 ( d)、输液天数 ( d)、腹腔引流例数、切口愈合等。结果 :手术时间、术中出血量、输液天数、恢复饮食时间、切口愈合情况 ,MC组优于 CC组 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :掌握 MC手术技巧 ,MC是一种简便安全 。

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of minor-incision cholecystectomy. Methods: To analyse minor-incision cholecystectomy (210 cases, group MC), conventional open cholecystectomy (280 cases, group CC) regarding to time of operation(min), amount of intraoperative bleeding (mL), complications, time of food intake (h), time of intravenous infusion (d), time of hospitalizalion (d) and incision cure. Results: Time of operation, time of food intake, amount of bleeding, incision cure, time of intravenous infusion, time of hospitalization in group MC were better than group CC (P<0.05). Conclusion: Grasping the technique of MC, MC is one kind of simple, safe and little trauma operation way.
