Bodybuilding and body-keeping culture of religious folk customs in Gannan Zang Autonomous Prefecture

通过文献资料研究及实地访谈,调查了甘南藏族民俗宗教活动中的养生健身成分,发现其健身功能较强,并大多形成独特的民族传统体育项目,具有开展广泛、群众喜闻乐见的特点,这些健身行为是民族体育文化的重要组成部分。

Through methods of document study and on-the-spot inquiry,this article investigated health-keeping elements in Ganan Tibet Folk religious activities,most of which were traditional national sports items that were popular among the people.
