摘要
借鉴体育教学论中关于教学法的理论和现代跳远技术的基本特征,在总结多年教学实践经验的基础上,运用实验法对优化后的跳远技术教法进行了实验验证。结果表明:在田径跳远技术教学中,采用由深刻认识现代技术发展的趋势、合理制定教学步骤、准确把握技术教学的难点和重点及其教学手段等组成的优化教法可以显著地提高教学效果。
In view of methodological theories and characteristics of modern jumping techniques,the author made an experimental study of the optimal jumping technical teaching methods consisted of reasonable planning of the teaching procedures,accurate commanding of the key and difficult points of technical teaching and good understanding of the development of modern technology.
