构建中小学课外体育活动科学体系的研究

Establishment of scientific primary and middle school ex-curricular sports activity system

采用问卷调查和教学实验法,对我国中小学课外体育活动的科学体系构建进行了研究。同其他国家相比,我国中小学课外体育活动人均参与活动率低、效果不佳、差距十分显著。构建课外体育活动体系需要全面贯彻落实"学校体育要树立健康第一"的指导思想,建立课外体育活动的目标体系、课外体育活动的内容和组织方法体系、课外体育活动的评价与管理体系。

Adopting questionnaire and teaching experiment,the author studied setablishment of scientific ex-curricular sports activity system of the Chinese primary and middle schools.Compared with some of the foreign countries,China had less students participating in ex-curricular sports (activities) and worse training effects.To establish scientific ex-curricular sports activity system,school education should focus on 'health first',set up target,contents,organizational methods,(evaluation) and management systems.
