体育专业大学生英语交际能力提高的对策

Countermeasures for improving sports majors' English communicative competence

培养既能参加国际体育比赛又精通英语的复合型人才是当今国际社会对体育健儿的要求。从交际能力和交际法教学入手,提出了切实提高体育专业学生实际运用英语能力的教学方法和策略,指出应有效地创设英语交际情境,激发学生的交际意图,加强文化教学,减少语用失误,以学生为中心,进行形式多样的交际活动和强化体育英语口语的教学。

To meet the demands of the international society on the athletes,it is important to train athletes who are both good at sports and English. Based on the communicative competence and the communicative teaching theories,this article puts forth methods and countermeasures for improving the sports majors' ability of using English,which are to be fulfilled by creating English communicative environments,arousing the students' interest of communicating,strengthening the English cultural background information,eliminating pragmatic failures,carrying out various (communicative) activities and emphasizing oral English of sports.
