通过对中国优秀赛艇运动员"过早退役"现象的分析,归纳、整理出导致赛艇运动员过早退役的训练学和社会学2种主要因素,通过对这2种因素进行分析,设计出解决问题的有效方案。

Through analysis of early retirement of the elite Chinese rowers,training and sociological reasons were expatriated and effective solutions were found.
