运动对大鼠心肌ICAM-1表达与超微结构的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过不同负荷大鼠运动模型的建立,观察大鼠心肌超微结构及ICAM-1表达。结果发现:一般训练组心肌呈与有氧代谢相适应的生理性肥大,心肌细胞ICAM-1表达为阴性;过度负荷组呈现病理性改变,心肌细胞ICAM-1表达为阳性;且大鼠心肌ICAM-1表达率与心脏肥大程度呈正相关。提示心肌ICAM-1表达可作为过度训练的诊断指标;ICAM-1可作为心脏生理性肥大和病理性肥大的鉴别指标。 Observation of myocardic ICAM-1 expression and cardiac ultra structure in rats was made through establishing different loads of the rat's exercise model. The result revealed that in normal training group,the yocardium physiologic hypertrophy was adapted to aerobic metabolic and ICAM-1 expression was negative. But in the overload training group,the myocardium took pathological change and ICAM-1 expression was positive. Myocardium ICAM-1 positive expression rate had a positive correlations between both left ventricle weight and heart coefficient. The results indicated that ICAm-1 might be regarded as an index both for overload training and for discerning between physiologic and pathologic cardiac hypertrophy.
