本文运用分光光度法的原理 ,利用 72 2分光光度计测定对硝基酚生产中排放的酸性或碱性废水中残留的对硝基酚 (钠 )的含量 ;测定过程中首先探索了最大吸收波长、溶液最佳pH值、显色时间、显色温度等条件 ,然后将相应的试验测试条件运用于含对硝基酚 (钠 )的废水检测中 。

This paper uses the light luminosity meathod to test the base Phenol of nitro of waste water .Probe this the largest wave length in absorbing the wavelength and the best pH value, time of the developing color and temperature of the developing color.Under definited terms, by drawing the standard curve to the base phoned density to measure it is 0.32mg/L and apply it to actual measuring the waste water of base phenol of nitro
