摘要 选用宝天曼国家自然保护区野生的金钗石斛茎段,消毒后接种于MS+6 BA2.0+NAA0.5+2.0%蔗糖培养基上诱导出新生芽,在MS+6 BA2.0+NAA1.0+2.0%蔗糖培养基上,增殖系数可达5~6,在MS+KT2.0+IBA0.5+2.0%蔗糖培养基上,培养30d左右,可形成3~4条粗壮的根、6~7cm的完整植株,移栽到小树皮+小兰基石+椰壳粉(1.5∶1.5∶1)基质上,成活率可达到95%。 Stems of wild dendrobium nobile lindl of Baotianman Nature Reserve are used as explants inoculating in the culture medium of MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/ +2.0% cane sugar to cultivate regenerated plant after they are sterilized. The propagate coefficient can be up to 5~6 by way of being cultured in MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L+(2.0%) cane sugar, and the regenerated plant cultured in MS+KT(2.0)mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L+(2.0%) cane sugar for 30 days can obtain 3~4 strong roots and 6~7cm individual plant. The optimum transplantation medium is little brake+little stone+coconut shell power (1.51.51) and the survival rate is over 95%.
