摘要
OEM作为外包的方式,在国外得到广泛应用。目前OEM在我国家电行业、IT领域被广泛采用。但其尚存在法律、品牌质量、经济等方面的风险,合作双方应在确定对方符合条件的前提下结成合作伙伴,提升OEM层次,逆转OEM方向,真正实现企业的长期发展战略。
Traditional enterprises are accustomed to the 'great and whole' brand management mode involving 'production, supplyand sales'. This paper discusses the new management mode in Chinese electronics manufacturing--OEM. It analyzes the statusquo inside and outside the enterprises concerned, and puts forward some correlated settlements according to existing problems in OEM. The paper tells how to upgrade OEM and points out the key of reversing OEM by mastering core technology.
