摘要
从需求演化角度看,我国房地产业是在顾客需求推进中逐渐成熟的。随着顾客的价值需求由盲目到明确、由点需求到链需求的变化,房地产企业也逐渐由房屋的提供者转向了顾客价值链需求的整合者。而将来随着顾客需求逐步向网状转移,房地产企业未来也应随之转变为顾客价值网需求的集成与代理者。
Real estate companies in China has grown up step by step, promoted by customer value need. With the clarification of customer value need and the change from point demand to chain demand, real estate companies gradually change their role as building - provider to integrator of customer value chain need. Customer value need will appear netlike in the future and companies should play the role as both agent and integrator of customer value-net needed.
