681例中老年男性下尿路症状与勃起功能障碍调查

Investigation of lower urinary tract symptoms and erectile dysfunc-tion in 681 Chinese middle-aged men

目的了解中老年男性人群中下尿路症状(LUTS)与勃起功能障碍(ED)的患病率,并且从流行病学角度评估年龄、下尿路症状严重度及ED严重度之间相关性.方法在2002年9～10月对定点本院的高干高知年度体检中,对50岁以上中老年男性人群作国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS),生活质量评分(QoL),国际勃起功能指数评分(IIEF-5)调查.另外,对每个调查对象必须完成直肠指检,对资料完整的681例所有资料做统计学分析.结果在681名调查对象中,50～59岁,60～69岁,70岁以上3个年龄组中,中重度LUTS(IPSS≥8)发病率分别为19.0%,32.2%,39.8%;而ED患病率分别为82.6%,87.9%,96.6%;ED在轻度LUTS(IPSS为0～7),中度LUTS(IPSS为8～19),重度LUTS(IPSS为20～35)3组中患病率分别为71.8%,92.4%,96.4%,3组之间有显著性差异.结论本研究结果表明,LUTS与ED在上海市高干高知老年男性中有很高的患病率,并随年龄增长而上升,LUTS严重程度会影响ED的患病率.

Objective To investigate the incidence of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and ED in Chinesemiddle-aged men in Shanghai and evaluate the relationship between severity of LUTS and ED. Methods during annualmedical physical examination, 681 Chinese men over 50 years old were evaluated. Each men completed an InternationalProstate Symptoms Score(IPSS), Quality of Life Assessment(QoL) and International Index for Erectile Funtion(IIEF-5). Results The incidence of moderate-severe LUTS(IPSS≥8) in age 50~59 group, 60~69 group, above 70 is 19.1%,30.3%,36.8% respectively, while the ED incidence is 82.5%,88.0%,96.6% respectively. The ED incidence inmild LUTS(IPSS: 0~7) group, moderate LUTS(IPSS:8~19)group,severe LUTS(IPSS:20-35) group are 71.8%,92.4%,96.4% respectilvely. Conclusion The incidence of LUTS and ED in Chinese middle-aged men were high and thereis a significant correlation between LUTS severity and the incidence of ED.
