摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切术(TUvRP)治疗高危前列腺增生症的疗效和手术安全性.方法术前认真进行病情分析和手术风险性评估,积极地采用个体化围手术期处理后再行TUVRP.结果本组38例均安全地实施TUvRP,随访3～12个月,排尿通畅,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)平均下降19分,残余尿量(PvR)＜30ml.结论只要认真地做好个体化围手术期处理,TUVRP是一种治疗高危前列腺增生症安全、有效的方法.
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the transurethral vaporization of prostate(TUVRP) for the treatment of BPH patients with high risk. Methods The clinical condition and surgical risks werepreoperatively evaluated and properly adjusted during perioperative period. Thirty-eight BPH patients were treatedwith TUVRP. Results All patients safely got through perioperative period and received follow-up about 3~12months. The voiding function recovered very well, the mean IPSS score decreased 19 points and the mean postvoidresidual(PVR)was less than 30ml. Conclusion Only if the patients could be properly managed during perioperativeperiod, TUVRP should be a safe and effective treatment for BPH patients with high risk.
