WTO membership is a request of China to adapt to the economic globalization. In addition, it is also a necessary ticket for the entry of the global market. However, China's entry of WTO has simultaneously brought about impacts to the system, management, and structure of Chinese industries, as well. So, opportunities are accompanied with challenges that impinge upon Chinese industrial structure.
