摘要
通过对柴油机活塞销的受力进行分析,利用美国MSC公司MSC.MARC进行三维非线性接触计算,并通过手工划分六面体网格有效提高计算精度,对活塞销的强度进行校核,为产品设计提供依据。
3D finite non-linear contact calculation is made with MSC MARC to analyses the stress on piston pin of diesel engine. Hexahedron mesh is done manually to effectively improve the calculation accuracy, which further checks the strength of the piston pin, thus, proving basis for product design.
