摘要
根据悬置软垫剪切变形量计算值与实际值偏差较大的现象,以实例形式重新对系统受力进行详细分析,找出了V型悬置支承受力分析中的错误,分析了影响剪切变形量偏大的原因。并讨论了支承面与水平方向夹角大小对橡胶软垫剪切力和压缩力的影响,提出了精确求解发动机静力状态下软垫的垂直下沉量公式,对精确定位风扇与护风罩的位置提供帮助,为解决风扇与护风罩位置定位不准常出现干涉提供理论支持。
The paper makes a detailed analysis to the system stress by citing examples base on the fact that big difference lies between the calculated value of shearing deformation for the suspension cushion and the actual value so that errors are found in the analysis of the stress on V-type suspension bearing. The author also discusses the effect of the bearing surface and the horizontal included angle on the shearing force on rubber cushion and compression and proposes the formula for resolving the sinking value of cushion when the diesel engine is under static status, which helps to accurately locate the fan and the shield.
