论我国社会工作从业人员的专业化建设

On the Specialization of Social Work Staff

文章通过分析我国社会工作从业人员的现状,提出对这一队伍进行专业化建设是发展我国社会工作的一项重要工作,并在对专业社会工作者应具备的素质进行综合分析的基础上,提出构建以人才培养、人才选拔和人才使用三位为一体的专业化建设制度。

The thesis analyzes the status in quo of our country's social work staff,then brings forward that the specialization of social work staff is an important task to develop our country's social work. On the basis of analyzing the diathesis of them,the thesis points out a specialization system of staff training,selecting and employing.
