理性思考苏锡常都市圈生态建设

A Rational Thinking of the Eco Construction of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Metropolitan Region

城市经济中心性与区域生态环境敏感性、行政区经济的"地方性"与生态经济的"区域性"是苏锡常都市圈生态建设所面临的两个主要矛盾。我们应以区域可持续发展理论为指导,立足于长江三角洲地区的生态安全,研究并制定都市圈生态建设的战略目标体系,包括自然生态安全目标、经济生态安全目标和社会生态安全目标,探索都市圈生态建设的途径。

The centralization of urban economy vs. the sensibility to regional eco environment and 'localization' of district economy vs. 'regionalization' of eco economy are the two main problems in the eco construction of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Metropolitan Region. We should, guided by the theories of regional sustainable economic development, aiming at the eco safety of the Yangtze Delta, study and establish the strategic target system of eco construction that includes natural eco safety target, economic eco safety target and social eco safety target, and explore the ways of eco construction.
