摘要
以吡咯为起始原料,在有机酸的催化下与苯甲醛缩合制得四苯基卟啉,研究了催化剂、溶剂及反应温度等因素对四苯基卟啉收率的影响。结果表明,采用二甲苯为溶剂,水杨酸为催化剂,在140~150℃回流3h,四苯基卟啉的收率可达到45.6%。以红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱及质谱对该化合物进行了结构表征。
Tetraphenylporphyrin is synthesized by the cyclic condensation of pyrrol and ben-zaldehyde under the catalysis of organic acid.The influences of catalyst,solvent and temperature on the yield of TPP are investigated.The results of experiments show that the yield of TPP can come up to 45.6% with the reflux of 3 h under the temperature of 140~150 ℃ with xylene as the solvent and salicylic acid as the catalyst.The compound is characterized by IR,~1H NMR and MS.
