摘要
以碘化钾作添加剂,对茯苓菌丝体富碘能力进行了初步研究。结果表明,在固体培养试验中,当KI质量浓度为0.25g/L时,菌丝长势较好,质量浓度增加到0.50g/L时,菌丝生长受到轻微抑制作用,而质量浓度高于1.00g/L时,菌丝生长受到严重抑制。液体富碘试验中,采用质量浓度梯度法加入KI,碘的富集率较高,为1.64%,菌丝体含碘质量为2.3mg/g。
The ability for the mycelia of Wolfiporia cocos to enrich the trace element of iodine is studied with KI as the additive. Results show that in the solid medium, the mycelia of Wolfiporia cocos growth is not inhibited when the concentration of KI is 025 g/L. When the concentration is 050 g/L, however, the mycelia growth is lightly inhibited. And when it is 100 g/L or higher, the growth is severely inhibited. In the liquid medium, on the other hand, the ratio of enriched iodine comes up to 164% and the iodine content of mycelia amounts to 23 mg/g when KI is added by the concentration grads method.
