从蟹壳中提取壳多糖工艺的改进

摘要 本研究改进了从蟹壳中提取壳多糖的工艺,并以Sigma公司的壳多糖标准品作对照,对产品的主要理化性质进行了鉴别。与以往的工艺相比的结果提示:两种工艺产品纯度相当(98%),收率也相近(16%)。但本文新工艺不需冷却设备,且可节省大量昂贵的碱用量。 An improved procedure for extracdting chintin form the crab shells was reported. The major chemicophysical properties of products were identified and compared with those standard chitin of Sigma Chemical Company (practical grade). As compared with those standard products of previous procedure the results indicated that the purity(98%) and productivity(16%) all showed no difference. However,our improved procedure not only needs refrigeratory equipments but also saves a bulk of alkalis NaOH in this improved procedure.
