异丙醇衍生物β-受体阻断剂的合成及生物活性研究

摘要 对甲氧基苯酚或对羟基苯甲酸乙酯在碱催化下与环氧氯丙烷反应生成环氧化物,然后再与各种胺反应得到胺基异丙醇衍生物,它们的结构经1HNMR、质谱和IR确证;测定了部分化合物的抗心率失常活性,结果表明所测定的化合物对心率失常均有一定的活性. p-methoxyphenol or ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate reacted with epichlorohydrin in the presence of base (NaOH), the obtained epoxy was then treated with different amines to give 2-propanol derivatives, their structures were determined by 1H NMR, mass spectrum and IR; antiarrhythmic activities of part compounds were determined, and the results showed that all detected compounds were active to arrhythmic.
