摘要
以反相高效液相色谱法 ,建立了盐酸雷诺嗪在纤维素类手性固定相(ChiralcelOD -R)上的手性拆分方法。考察了不同流动相组成对分离的影响。在推荐流动相 (100%甲醇 )条件下 ,盐酸雷诺嗪对映体的分离度可达3.8。
A method for the chiral separation of ranolazine hydrochloride enantiomers by reversed_phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)using the cellulose_derived stationary phase of Chiralcel OD-R was reported.The effects of the composition of the mobile phase on the separation were investigatˉed.By using the recommended mobile phase of100%methanol,the resolution was found to be3.8.
