西部民办高等教育的发展与相关政策

Development and corresponding policy for private higher education in western China

在分析西部 1 2省份的经济、教育状况的基础上 ,提出西部应加快发展高中阶段教育和高等教育 ,特别是民办高等教育。针对西部民办高等教育的现状 ,从国家、地方政府以及教育行政部门如何从政策层面开展工作提出了一些思路。

Based on the analysis of the economic and educational conditions in twelve provinces of western China, the present author proposes that the western region should accelerate its senior middle school education and higher education, especially its private higher education. In view of the present condition of the private higher education in western China, the author of this paper comes up with some ideas of how state, local government and educational administration departments go about their work at the policy level.
