Aristobia voeti Thomson is an important pest attacking persimmon.It has one generation 3 years and overwinters as egg,first instar larva,mature larva and pupa.The adult emerges between the end of July and the first ten days of October.The egg period is from the first ten days of August to the beginning of April the next year.The mature larva begins to pupate in the last ten days of September the third year.
