Investigation on the occurrence and damage of Saperda populnea in Lhasa

青杨楔天牛在拉萨 1a发生 1代。以幼虫在被害肿瘤内越冬。翌年 3月底— 4月上旬化蛹 ,4月下旬— 5月成虫羽化 ,5月中下旬产卵。西藏自治区目前仅发现该虫在曲水县聂当乡自治区试验林场危害北京杨。

In Lhasa,Saperda populnea has one generation a year and overwinters as larva.It pupates from the end of March to the first ten days of April in the next year.The adult emerges between the last ten days of April and May and lays eggs in mid and end of May.In Tibet,Saperda populnea was found only in the Experimental Forestry Farm of Tibet Autonomous Region in Niedang Township,Qushui County.It mainly attacks Populus×beijingensis and P.alba var.pyramidalis.
