液晶无损检测技术

摘要 介绍胆甾相液晶的化学结构与光学特性和胆甾相液晶应用于无损检测的原理。通过对两块铝板焊接状态和带有人工缺陷的铝面板铝蜂窝结构平板材料进行液晶无损检测,验证了该方法具有准确、可靠、灵敏度高、图像色彩鲜艳直观、操作简便、经济而且有效的优点。最后指出液晶无损检测是探测薄板材料焊接和蜂窝结构复合材料缺陷的有效方法,可广泛应用于工业生产。 The chemical structure and optical speciality of cholesterol phase liquid crystal and the principle of its application to nondestructive testing were presented.Through liquid crystal nondestructive testing for the joint of two welded aluminum plate and for the aluminum plate with honeycomb structure, the superiority of the new testing technique lies in its veracity, reliability, high sensitivity, the vivid and intuitionistic color of displayed image, convenient operation, economy and effectiveness were proved. It was one of the effective testing methods to the testing of sheet metal and honeycomb structure multiple material and could be used widely in industrial production.
