河北省区域主导产业波及效果分析与对策研究

An analysis of Influential effects of Major industries in Hebei Province and Relative Strategies

根据河北区域主导产业资料,选择"一线两厢"各8个主导产业,利用投入产出的影响力系数和感应度系数分别评价产业波及效果。结果显示"中间一线"和"南厢"的主导产业群都具有比较高的波及效应,对本地经济有较强的拉动和推动能力,而"北厢"主导产业群的产业波及效应稍弱,"一线两厢"主导产业群具有一定的趋同性。建议河北省经济发展做好战略布局与兴地发展相结合,技术进步与产业关联相结合,共同发展与自主发展相结合,环境治理与工业发展相结合。

According to the data on the major industries of Hebei Province, a 'One Strap plus Two Sides' economic pattern with seven leading industries is set up, and an assessment is made on the industrious influence of each industry by using the input-output influential coefficient and inductivity coefficient. The result shows that the industries in the strap region and the southern side have comparatively high influential effects, forming a great promotion to the local economy; while the influential effects of industries in the northern side are comparatively weak, and there exist similarities between the provincial industrial development and the leading industries in the 'One Strap and Two Sides' region, it is suggested accordingly that, in the economic development of Hebei Province, the strategic industrial distribution should be combined with the promotion of the local economy; technological progress combined with industry correlation, co-development combined with self-development, environmental protection combined with industrial development.
