在我国体育经济发展过程中,政府与市场都有其各自的优势与不足,两者在运行中应相互弥补。在转型阶段,体育市场尚未发展成熟,政府应该加大力度培育和完善市场,但又不至于干预过度。体育产权是体育市场化改革的核心问题,只有明晰产权,给以激励和约束机制,才能更好地推进体育市场化进程。

During the development of sports economy, government and market have their own advantages and disadvantages, so they should be mutually complementary in function. During the transformation stage, because of the under-mature sports market, the government should strengthen its role in cultivating and perfecting the market, but should not over interfere. Property right is the core matter of sports market reform. Only well-defined property right, inspiring and binding mechanism can carry forward the sports market reform.
