采用文献资料法、比较分析法和调查法等方法,针对目前我国中小学课余训练体系的现状进行了调查和分 析。就如何建立科学的业余训练体系在选材、衔接问题、阶段目标、课余训练体系的管理、经费等方面进行了探索, 旨在为建立科学的中小学课余训练体系服务。

By using the methods of documents, comparative analysis and investigation, the author analyzes the present state of the system of the sparetime sports training in primary and middle schools of our country. Based on the probe and research in how to establish a scientific system of the sparetime sports traning,especially on the aspects of athletes selecting, coherent,goal for certain stage, management of the system of the sparetime sports training and financial collecting,this paper's aim is serving for building the scientific system of extracurricular training.
