新大纲和新课程实施三年有余,在全国的体育教学界引起了强烈反响,同时,对一线的体育教师提出了严峻的考验和全新的课题。经过近一年的实践和探索,并结合实验区的经验,认为还是必须从转变观念入手,在教师参与课程开发的意识,教师是学习的促进者,教师之间的合作互动工作方式,学会指导探究式学习,强化教科研意识等几方面,进行针对性阐述,以期为一线教师尽快适应新的形势,从而更好地开展教学提供有益的参考。
