摘要
门式脚手架用于模板支撑时 ,由于采用木方作为其水平杆 ,在实际工程应用中出现了许多问题 ,而且制约了门式脚手架的发展 .为解决这一问题 ,用钢管代替门式脚手架支撑体系中的水平杆 ,采用合理的布置和连接方式 ,不仅可以缩短工程工期 ,降低工程造价 ,而且可以使水平杆具有更高的抗弯强度和刚度 ,更好地发挥门式脚手架的潜能 .
As the horizontal rods are made of timber,the portal-frame scaffolding shows several disadvantages in practice when used in form panel bracing,which have limited its wide applications.Replacing wood with steel tubules and arranging and jointing the rods more reasonably can not only shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost,but also provide higher bending strength and bending rigidity,which bring more bracing potentialities of this scaffolding into play.
