摘要
利用径迹显微照相技术系统地分析研究了硼在转炉22SiMn2TiB钢中的存在形态、分布特征及各种热处理工艺对硼相析出溶解规律的影响。结果表明:在试验成分范围内,奥氏体化温度越高、冷却速度越慢,硼相的析出量越多、粒度也越大,贫硼区越明显;对钢进行多次热处理时,钢的最终热处理工艺是决定该钢中硼相分布形态的主要因素。
In this paper, preliminary studying results of function of boron in 22SiMn2TiB steel were stated. With fission track etching method (FTEM), the patterns and distribution features of boron in 22SiMn2TiB steel were analyzed and effects of heat treatment on separating and dissolving of boron in the steel were investigated. It is pointed out that the higher the austenitizing temperature is and the lower the cooling rate is, the more boron dissolves the greater the grains of boron arc and the clearer the lack of boron is according to the composition of the test steel. If steel is treated several times, the last heat treatment is the most important one that affects the boron in the steel.
