高新技术产业发展需要政府的支持,政府在制定高新技术产业发展政策时要在遵循基本原则的基础上,扩大其服务管理职能,并建立和完善包括财政、税收、金融、知识产权、人才开发和激励、国际贸易等政策的支持体系,以利于更好地促进我国高新技术产业的良性发展。
