摘要
汽车行业是21世纪中国经济的一个增长点,面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,业务流程重构(BPR)是汽车生产企业赢得竞争的关键性环节之一。鉴于汽车生产企业的业务复杂性和将以客户的个性化需求为牵引并提供个性化产品,汽车生产企业的业务流程重构(BPR)将大大区别于传统的实施方式,必须实现管理体制的六个彻底转变,必须借助于功能强大的计算机系统,构建基于信息技术的BPR模型。
It is seemed that the market of automobile industry in China is a promising land. To automobile companies, however, it is difficult to win increasingly competitive market without BPR (business process reengineering). According to the complexity of the business process and the production based on the customers' characteristic order, the reconstruction of BPR of automobile companies is different from the way implemented in traditional enterprise greatly. It is necessary to perform six transformations including the system of management, relying on the gigantic computer systems and the application of IT in many aspects, and designing the model of BPR based on IT.
