随着网络信息技术的迅猛发展,网络文化已成为一种崭新的校园文化现象,对大学师生的学习、生活和思想观念产生了广泛而深刻的影响。网络文化有着自身的特征,它既给高校的思想政治教育工作带来难得的机遇,同时也给高校思想政治教育工作提出严峻的挑战。在网络文化背景下加强思想政治工作是高校面临的十分紧迫的任务,要明确校园网络文化的建设目标和原则,引导"两个自律",加强"四个建设",真正实现思想政治工作进网络的目标。

With the rapid development of internet technology, network culture has come to a brand new campus phenomenon which has already had great effects on the life, learning and ideology of teachers and students. Network culture has its own features, offering opportunities as well as a great challenge to the ideological work in colleges. In such a background as network culture, it is very urgent to improve the ideological education for all colleges and to get at it, the aim and principle for the construction of campus network culture must be made clear and definite to lead the 'two self-disciplines and strengthen the 'four constructions' so as to have the aim to bring the ideological education into network come true.
