高校档案信息在高校工作中起着重要的作用,可从重视档案信息的收集工作,建立合理的馆藏结构和科学的档案信息体系,制发档案复本,做好档案馆的网络工作,开展编研工作等方面着手搞好高校档案信息的开发和利用。
