略论中国内地与香港区际刑事犯罪侦查协助

On Assistance in Crime Investigation Beween Inland of China and Hong Kong

在“一国两制”政策指导下,内地和香港存在的同一主权国家内不同法域的刑事法律制度,不可避免地会在打击两地跨境犯罪中产生冲突。建立和实现两地区际刑事犯罪侦查协助,是区际刑事司法协助的重要组成部分,也是两地打击跨境犯罪的现实需要。

Under the guidance of the policy of'Two Systems In One Country',with the existence of criminal and law system in different law districts within the same sovereign state in Inland and Hong Kong,conflicts are inevitable when criminals striding across either law districts are attacked. Establishing and realizing the assistance in criminal investigation between the two law districts is an important component of the assistance in criminal and law between the two law districts. It's also the actual need in attacking striding over criminals of the two districts.
