摘要
“学习型组织”已成为企业竞相采用的管理模式,显示出了强大的生命力。面对21世纪日趋激烈的国际竞争,应当认真分析国有企业管理的现状,建立新型的“扁平化”管理模式,激励员工的“自我超越”意识,培养企业的“共同愿景”,建立“团队学习”机制,搞好“系统思考”修炼,持续提高国有企业的核心竞争力。
Enterprises have vied with each other in adopting the 'Learning Organization' as their administrative mode. As a result, the 'Learning Organization' demonstrated its great vitality. Faced with the more and more violent competition in the 21 century, we should analyse earnestly the present administrative condition of the state-owned enterprises, establish the new 'Flat Shape' administrative mode, encourage workers, 'Self-Exceeding' consciousness, cultivate an enterprises 'common distant view', build up 'learning group' mechanism, do well'systematic thinking' training and exercises and enhance continuously the leading competition of state-owned enterprises.
