摘要
压力和心理问题是影响现代人健康的重要因素。企业员工面临工作、生活的双重挑战,其压力和心理问题不仅影响着个人的生活质量,而且影响到企业和员工的工作绩效。目前,一种名为员工帮助计划(简称EAP)的服务,正在被越来越多的企业所采用,用以帮助企业员工克服压力和心理方面的困难。
Employment pressure and psychological problems are primary factors that affect people's health. While, people working in companies are facing dual-challenges both from work and daily life. The employment pressure and psychological problem that people have will not only affect individual's living standard, but also the performance of the firm and its staffs at the same time. Recently, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) gets increasingly popular around companies to help their employees overcome working pressure and psychological problems.
