From Insisting on Reunification to Striving for Demarcation: Reviews of the German Policy of GDR,1949-1974

建国伊始 ,东德 1 对统一谈判十分积极 ,但是 ,从 2 0世纪 60年代中后期起 ,东德逐渐淡化了统一诉求 ,甚至是在两德关系出现缓和的情况下寻求分离。东德德国政策的调整是内外因素作用的结果 ,关注国家的安全和发展、坚持社会主义意识形态。

At the beginning, the government of GDR was active in the negotiations of the German reunification. However, Since the mid and late of 60s in the 20th, GDR retreated from the claim of reunification step by step, moreover, strived for demarcation even after the coming of détente between two German countries. The changing of policy of GDR is the result of factors coming from inside and outside, the German policy of GDR have four basic characters of: focusing on the security and development of country; insisting on socialist ideology; limited by foreign countries; responding passively.
